Ekolu is all about making sexy femme swimwear affordable, without compromising high quality fabrics, stitching and appearance. Founded by Mika Pasco, a young women with big ambitions on changing the swimwear game.
"Growing up I always managed to source flattering swimwear pieces for affordable prices, I was always asked where I bought my swimwear.. I found myself understanding which fabrics, designs and stitching made the most flattering pieces, but understood that finding a combination of the three was not possible, so I decided to design my own, making flattering swimwear something every women can own."

Can a transaction be canceled before it is sent to me?

Canceling a purchase within one hour of completing the order on the website and before the item is shipped must be done by calling customer service at +972-538222628.

In such cases, the user will be refunded the full purchase amount, including shipping fees.

Can a transaction be canceled after I've received the product?

If a purchase is canceled for any reason after the product has been shipped, an exchange or return can be made within 14 days of receiving the item by shipping to our warehouse.

Swimwear can be exchanged or returned, provided the item is in perfect condition and has not been used.

A refund or store credit will be issued only if the returned product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached. If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, the user will not be eligible for any refund (neither monetary nor store credit).

Once the product is received at the warehouse, a refund will be processed within five business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

A monetary refund will be provided in accordance with the law, either to the credit card or PayPal account, and subject to the processing times of the credit card company or PayPal.

Items purchased during promotions or end-of-season sales on the website can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection laws. The cost of shipping for exchanges during promotions will be at the customer's expense.

No monetary refund will be given for products that were not paid for with actual currency.

Store credit for purchases at the flagship store will be valid for two years from the date of return.

All returns or refunds require the presentation of the original purchase receipt.
